Dacia Alexander, MA CCC-SLP
Director of Operations
Ms. Alexander is a native of DeRidder, Louisiana. She received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Communications Disorders from Louisiana State University in 1991.
Ms. Alexander is a speech-language pathologist with a certificate of clinical competence. Her areas of expertise are the treatment of neurological disorders and dysphagia. She joined BRPT-Lake in 2001.
Courtney Bourgeois, PT, DPT

Dr. Bourgeois earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 2006 from Southeastern Louisiana University in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in May 2009 in the first DPT class of the LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
She is a certified ASTYM system and ART provider.
Her primary interests are treating orthopedic patients in the outpatient setting using manual therapy techniques and working with female high school athletes. She is actively involved in the Baton Rouge and Ascension Parish areas as a softball umpire. Dr. Bourgeois joined BRPT-Lake in June 2009.
Justin Breaux, PT, DPT

Dr. Justin Breaux is a native of Plaquemine, LA. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Nicholls State University, where he played baseball for the Colonels for 5 years. In May, 2012 he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
Dr. Breaux's primary areas of interests are in orthopedics and sports-related injuries involving patients of all age groups. He is a certified ASTYM system provider and is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Louisiana Physical Therapy Association (LPTA).
Dr. Breaux joined BRPT-Lake in 2012.
Deborah D. Bueche, LOTR, CHT

Ms. Bueche is a native of Arabi, Louisiana. She is a 1985 graduate of the LSU Medical Center School of Allied Health Professions with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. Debbie received advanced certification in upper extremity treatment and is a Certified Hand Therapist.
She has advanced training in neurodevelopmental treatment for adult neurological patients and has also received extended training in lymphedema management. Her clinical expertise involves hand/UE disorder/injuries, adult neurological, work-related injuries/job site evaluations, lymphedema, vestibular rehabilitation, and Cancer Fit.
She is the clinical coordinator for Occupational Therapy student interns.
Debbie is a certified ASTYM system provider.
She is the current President of Louisiana Occupational Therapy Association and has held several positions on the Board for the past 20 years. She has been involved with the Arthritis Association of Louisiana since 1988 as a program instructor and Board Member. She is currently involved with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Louisiana including service as a First Connection volunteer.

Jane graduated from LSU School of Allied Health Professions in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. After graduation Jane worked in acute care and in rehabilitation hospitals in New Orleans.
In 1999 she earned the added credential of Certified Hand Therapist.
Jane worked at Crescent City Physical Therapy in New Orleans until Hurricane Katrina in 2005, and relocated to Ascension Parish and BRPT-Lake in 2006.
Jane's clinical expertise includes hand/upper extremity disorders and CancerFit as she is trained to perform lymphedema management.

Keith Fogle, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Fogle is a native of Sycamore, Illinois.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, MI where he played basketball for the Huskies. He is also a graduate of the University of St. Augustine School for Health Sciences in St. Augustine, FL receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2005.
He is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) in Physical Therapy as acknowledged by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Dr. Fogle's primary interests include orthopedics and sports medicine rehabilitation, including the use of state-of-the-art techniques such as ASTYM, ART, and TDN (Trigger Point Dry Needling). He is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Louisiana Physical Therapy Association (LPTA).
Dr. Fogle has been practicing at BRPT-Lake since 2007.
Clay Landreneau, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Landreneau is a native of Ville Platte, LA. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in 2007 in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in May 2010 from the LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. Clay participated in an Orthopedic and Private Practice Management Residency in Shreveport, which he completed in July of 2011.
His primary interests are manual therapy and treating a variety of orthopedic conditions in the outpatient setting. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Louisiana Physical Therapy Association (LPTA). He is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) in Physical Therapy as acknowledged by the American Physical Therapy Association. Clay is a certified ART and ASTYM system provider. Mr. Landreneau joined BRPT-Lake in August 2011.
Gus L. Gutierrez, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT

Dr. Gutierrez is a certified ART and ASTYM system provider as well as a national instructor in ASTYM. Gus holds a level 2 Intramuscular Manual Therapy certification and has treated a variety of high school, collegiate and professional athletes.
He is Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy by the American Physical Therapy Association. He completed the Gulf Coast Graduate Institute of Manual Therapy Residency Program, focusing on advanced evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions with the use of mobilization and manipulative techniques. After completing the 18-month program, he received certification as a Level 2 Manual Therapist. Dr. Gutierrez has also earned the prestigious Fellowship status in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists.
Dr. Gutierrez has enjoyed working with athletes and athletic trainers over his career and currently serves as the team therapist for a number of high schools as well as an LSU Track and Field physical therapist.
He has been practicing physical therapy with BRPT-Lake since 1986.

Dr. Jones is a native of Ruston, Louisiana. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion in May of 2008. In May 2011, she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
Her interests are in working with clients of all ages with orthopedic conditions to restore them to activity and prevent further injury. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Louisiana Physical Therapy Association (LPTA). Ms. Jones joined BRPT-Lake in July 2011.

Dr. Seth Kaplan is a native of Pickens, Mississippi. He attended Louisiana State University and is a 1989 graduate of the University of Mississippi Medical Center with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. He holds a Master of Health Administration from Tulane University. Seth received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010 from Evidence in Motion Physical Therapy Institute in Louisville, KY.
Dr. Kaplan is a manual therapist, Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties since 1999. His clinical expertise is in the area of orthopedics, sports medicine, and work-related injuries. Dr. Kaplan is a certified ART and ASTYM system provider. He has completed Level I training through Kinetacore in Intramuscular Manual Therapy (IMT)/Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN).
Dr. Kaplan is the program director for Swing Dynamics, which is a golf evaluation program, and he is the program director for BRPT-Lake's outcome data program. He has been practicing physical therapy with BRPT-Lake since 1989.
Tyler J. Lafauci, PT

Mr. Lafauci is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University where he played football and achieved All American status as an offensive guard. He is also a 1976 graduate of the LSU Medical Center School of Allied Health Professions with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
His area of expertise is in the treatment of orthopedic sports medicine and work-related injuries.

Richard E. Lane, PT, OCS

Mr. Lane is a native of Vidalia, Louisiana and attended college at Northeast Louisiana University. He received his physical therapy training at the LSU Medical Center School of Allied Health Professions in New Orleans and received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1975.
His clinical expertise is in orthopedics, particularly the spine, sports medicine injuries and the feet. Mr. Lane is a manual therapist and is Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Ricky is a certified ART and ASTYM system provider. He has received training in intramuscular manual therapy treatment techniques, also known as trigger point dry needling.
He has been practicing physical therapy with BRPT-Lake since 1975.

Dr. LeBlanc is a native of Greenwell Springs, Louisiana and earned his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Louisiana State University. In 1999 he received a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009 from Evidence in Motion Physical Therapy Institute in Louisville, KY.
He is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) in Physical Therapy as acknowledged by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.
His clinical interests are primarily sports rehab and manual therapy, including state-of-the-art techniques such as ASTYM and ART. Greg has also completed level I and II training in Intramscular Manual Therapy (IMT) or Dry Needling through Kinetacore.
Dr. LeBlanc is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Louisiana Physical Therapy Association (LPTA). Along with being a member of the LPTA Executive Committee, he is the immediate past president of the LPTA. He also serves as a delegate, representing Louisiana Physical Therapists, to the APTA House of Delegates. Greg has been practicing physical therapy with BRPT-Lake since 2000.
In recognition for his achievements as a clinician and successes in professional association activities, Greg was recognized in 2008 as the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center Outstanding Physical Therapy Alumni. In 2010, Greg was recognized as one of the Baton Rouge Business Report 2010 Top 40 under 40 honorees.

She is an active member of the Greater Baton Rouge Society of Human Resource Management (GBR SHRM) serving as 2010 President of the Chapter. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors. Theresa joined BRPT-Lake in 2002.

Our CEO, Seth Kaplan has been spending his vacation time at Camp Dream Street since 1982. It's one of the most rewarding weeks of his life. Dream Street is a five-day, four-night camping program for children with physical disabilities. The camp is held on the grounds of URJ Henry S.
