Please note clinic hours: 7am - 5pm Monday through Thursday; 7am - 11am Friday

Front Office - Gonzales: Greets patients; alerts appropriate staff. Confirms authorized visits. Reviews paperwork with patients. Contact patients that need to be scheduled/rescheduled. Answers telephone as needed. Utilizes effective and courteous verbal and written communication skills with patients, callers and co-workers. Adheres to all HIPAA and other healthcare related regulations. Management potential for employee who demonstrates professionalism and exemplary job performance.

This position requires experience in a front office, preferably in a health care facility with electronic medical records.
