Full Time Technician - Gonzales: Maintenance of exercise equipment and supplies. Observes patients prior to treatment and monitors patient status and reaction to treatment. Reports to therapist as necessary. Modalities utilized may include heat, ice, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, traction, etc., as specified by the therapist. Assists therapist as needed with monitoring exercise programs developed by the therapists. Reports to therapist the patient's reaction to exercises. Also assists therapist with positioning, transferring or gait training with patient..
Front Office/Check-out - Brittany Drive: Greets patients at window; alerts appropriate staff. Confirms authorized visits. Reviews patient information. Contact patients that need to be scheduled/rescheduled. Answers telephone as needed. Utilizes effective and courteous verbal and written communication skills with patients, callers and co-workers. Adheres to all HIPAA and other healthcare related regulations.

Office Manager - Harrell's Ferry: This position requires experience in the front office of a medical care facility, preferably experienced with electronic medical records. Summary of duties: Efficiently manage clinic office flow of a one person office. Schedule current patients and new referrals designating therapist, diagnosis and special equipment needed. Greet patients at window; alert appropriate staff. Confirm authorized visits. Verify fee slips for accuracy. Enter patient charges; collect and record payments from patients. Contact new patients for scheduling. Call patients that do not arrive for treatment in order to reschedule. Answer telephone and respond to faxes as needed.
